From Financial Integrity

Financial Integrity Speaker Agreement

New Road Map Foundation (NRM) was founded in 1984 with a spirit of generosity and service. In the same spirit that has guided FI speakers and educators since NRM began, we have now created the Financial Integrity materials and resources, under Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution copyright. This means that program practitioners are invited to use all materials published under the title “Financial Integrity,” for free and with minimal conditions that also comply with the same ethic that founded this charitable educational program. Find out more about the Creative Commons.

We ask that anyone who wants to access these works agree to abide with the Financial Integrity ethic:

The spirit of generosity
I will maintain the gifting spirit embodied by the founders of this program. If I charge for my speaking, writing and/or coaching, it will be a modest amount commensurate with the life energy I’m expending. If I create any derivative work based on the Financial Integrity material, I will similarly share it under Creative Commons (attribution, share-alike) privileges.

Integrity
I will either explain the entire 9-step program, or I will explain that what I am sharing is only part of the 9-step Financial Integrity program, and refer audiences to other sources for the complete program method. I recognize that this is a life-long process of continual transformation, and will be honest with my audience as to my own level of experience following the program.

Acknowledge source
I will credit program originator Joe Dominguez, and the New Road Map Foundation when I speak, write or coach about this program. If I also draw from other works that teach the full 9-step program, such as Your Money Or Your Life co-authored by Vicki Robin and Joe, or Jacqueline Blix’s and David Heitmiller’s Getting A Life, I will give credit to those authors and those works as well, in compliance with their specific copyright restrictions.

Community cooperation
I will report back to the community, via www.financialintegrity.org, about talks or workshops, study groups and/or other activity I have done related to this program, and share outcomes and insights from my experiences, to support and aid others in adopting and spreading this transformative approach.

Sustainability
I acknowledge that the capacity to spread this world-changing method rests solely within the community of practitioners like me. Therefore I will endeavor to sustain this work through support for the program conservator, The New Road Map Foundation, either through contributing content to www.financialintegrity.org, or through tax-deductible monetary contribution to NRM, in accordance with my personal inspiration, values and means.
